This site is here to help homeowners learn about services and get in touch. Please use it for that purpose only. The following are not permitted:

- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
- Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the site or burdens its infrastructure
Walt’s Insulation reserves the right to block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction located in CA, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
Estimates and final pricing
Any estimate Walt’s Insulation provides is given in good faith based on the information available at the time. If the actual site conditions turn out to be different from what was described or expected - hidden damage, additional materials needed, access issues, and so on - the final price may be adjusted. Walt’s Insulation will let you know about any significant change before moving forward with the work.
Workmanship and parts warranties
Details of any workmanship warranty will be shared with you at the time your service is completed. Parts and materials that come from a manufacturer carry whatever warranty that manufacturer provides; Walt’s Insulation passes those terms along but is not responsible for honoring them independently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walt’s Insulation’s liability for any claim arising out of services provided through this site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Walt’s Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of how they arise.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens - Walt’s Insulation gets it. That said, at least 24 hours’ notice is appreciated when you need to cancel or move an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Specific fee amounts, if any, will be communicated when your appointment is confirmed.
Service area and availability
Walt’s Insulation provides professional home services in Fullerton, CA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and a professional assessment may be required before any work begins. Please note that some jobs coordinated through atticinsulationfullerton.com may be carried out by vetted independent trade professionals or partner contractors working in connection with Walt’s Insulation - so the person who shows up may not always be a direct employee of the company.
If part of this agreement doesn’t hold up
If any individual provision in these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The rest of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
